I bought this book for a charity and it arrived in time to give it to the reader's group who needed new books for their summer reading. I'm sure the children loved it and I was able to give more books thanks to the low price of this book.

Summary: "The most underrated Seuss book!"

Ten Apples Up On Top is clearly the most underrated of the Seuss books, and perhaps the best! My son absolutely loves the three characters and he's earned so much about counting to ten. It's a fun little story and it's not simply page after page of ridiculous rhymes.

Summary: "A Beginner Book Classic"

My daughter asks me to read this story to her every night. It's one of her favorite books, and she knows a good portion of it by heart. The copy we've used is the original print, which was from my own childhood. I decided it was time we upgraded, and although I'm rather impartial to change, I was disappointed that they changed the original colors. It detracts from the original story, and I thought the simplicity of the original illustrations went well with the tale by Dr. Seuss. It was a great book in 1961 and continues to be a great book. You shouldn't change what has been working marvelously.
